Patricia Friberg has been motivating students for almost 20 years. She is the creator of award winning fitness DVDs the Belly Beautiful 3 volume workout series (including Pre and Postnatal indications including Barre & Pilates Formats) and Power 4 Pink Workout, which is her philanthropic DVDt to benefit The BCRF. She has taught in a variety premier clubs and studios in New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles. She has worked for Harpo Studios. She trains professional athletes including those in the NFL. She hold certifications via STOTT Pilates, GYROTONIC, GYROKINESIS, Yoga Barre and Schwinn, and the Amercian Council on Exercise. Through her work she has been featured in or contributed to magazines (including Pilates Style, SHAPE, SELF, and New Living) and television(WLSTV 9, KTLA, KABC&, NBC's The Today Show) The Bottom Line and a Core Defined is her newest DVD including a format that is dedicated entirely to core development. Patricia continues to volunteer as the fitness advisor to the nonprofit organization The JAM School Program.

If you have lazy glutes or a weak core, this is the DVD for you. The workouts progress in difficulty, so as you get stronger you can challenge yourself. The individual exercises are. Very effective and she's great at form pointers. I was surprised at how much I liked this one, and I'm doing workouts from this DVD several times a week to strengthen my hips, glutes, and core. She also has balance work.
