This dvd is a step up in intensity from volume 1 but is not as cardio intensive as vol 3.   The format is the same--warm up, 4 combos,TIFTing after each combo, and the coo ldown.  It is all standing kicks and leg raises that really works your lower body and abs. My only little problem is that sometimes the camera angles focus on the upper body, and you really need to see the lower body.  I got mixed up the first few times, but after that  I could follow along easily.

Those of us who enjoyed “Bodystrikes Volume 1” were looking forward to this release — and Ilaria didn’t let us down! Again, Ilaria brings her excellent form, superb cueing and motivational style to produce a great lower body routine that will leave you a sweaty mess.

Just got this a few days ago. The first time I tried it, it was a little difficult as she moves through the exercises pretty quickly. But on the 2nd try, I loved it! I had been using her Bodystrikes Vol. 1 DVD for a while and had heard this was very similar and it is in that it's all lower body moves (which is my problem area). The warm-up is the same as in the 1st DVD, just more reps. And there are a lot of similar kickboxing moves as in the 1st DVD, but some different ones too which makes it challenging, but again, just like in the 1st DVD, I was drenched by the end and felt like I got a great workout. Even thought it's focused on the lower body only, it's a great cardio workout too....LOVE IT!!!
