Very Good Barre workout October 13, 2017

I agree with the other reviewer that this workout is for a lighter day, or even if you're coming back to working out after missing a few days.  Again, you will still get a good workout and sweat. For more intensity, try and buy her Beyond Barre: Fit video. It's tough!  But, definitely keep this video once you buy it. You won't be disappointed!

This a pretty good barre workout. It won't kill you like Suzanne Bowen or Barlates but is good for a slightly lighter day. She breaks the workout down into segments starting with the warmup. The warmup is a decent length and very thorough. Actually it's a mini workout with lots of stretches. Then there is the arms with light weights. This segment is good and works the arms adequately. The others are the legs, glutes and floor work which included abs. I choose to do this as a deload workout and it's perfect for that. I felt my muscles burn but it was not excruciating. Lol. While it's not high intensity it's great for mobility, balance and toning. As a deload workout or slightly gentler barre workout I highly recommend.

Edit 03/02/17: l woke up this morning with DOMS so the exercises are effective.
