A top-notch Barre workout October 13, 2017

Beyond Barre Fit is the second video in the Beyond Barre series from Colleen Ketchum. This is one awesome workout video! Colleen instructs the video alone, without any background exercisers, which is great because you get the feel of a private lesson with her. Her personality is bubbly, but never over-the-top. Despite not having the background exercisers to show modifications, Colleen makes this video is easy to follow.  Another great thing is that you don't need a lot of room to do the workout, which is ideal for travel when you're in a hotel room, or even in your own bedroom.  As with her other video Beyond Barre: Grace, she keeps the pace of the workout intense, but you'll still be able to walk after the workout is done. What's more, it goes by quickly! I've done a few barre workouts within the past year or so, and I would put the Beyond Barre workouts over Barre 3 and Andrea Rogers Lean & Chiseled.
