I wanted to love this workout. She goes so fast that I couldn't comfortably keep up. There's a lot of chatter here as well. If she would have slowed down it would be a great workout because the moves look fun.

I love Piloxing!! It is a fun workout and Viveca is very encouraging, I love Box and Pilates and I really enjoy the mix of them both into one single workout, at the end there is a little toning for the abs and butt which I love as well.  My only complaint (as the previous reviewer) are the univen reps in some of the exercises, and I also wished there were some premixes, like a 30 and 45 minutes workout options, as I sometimes don't have the time to do 64 minutes workout, so I end picking a shorter one.  This one is still a favorite of mine!

Piloxing is a fun and innovative workout that fills a unique niche in my collection. Following the warm-up, there's about 45 minutes of standing work consisting of cycles of straight boxing drills followed by standing pilates / barre moves, some of which have a balance component. This is followed by a shorter floor work section, targeting the legs and abs, and a stretch. The only flaw (minor for me) is that there are uneven reps on R and L sides for some moves.
