5 of 5 A change of pace from Amy July 14, 2014
Reviewer: RedPanda from Australia
As other reviewers have commented, "Rumble" moves more slowly than Amy's other workouts, providing a nice change of pace, and allowing you to work on your form.I enjoy the heavy bag workout too.

5 of 5 I loved it because not to complex the moves July 7, 2014

A real solid workout that I could focus on form and getting the most from every punch. It was not to fast or complicated. I really enjoyed that pace. I love Amy she is such a great instructor. The set was fun too. Nice change of pace to my workouts.

5 of 5 Love it or hate it workout (I love it) July 6, 2014
Reviewer: Kerryn from Takaka, Golden Bay New Zealand
Before buying this DVD I noticed that the reviews were very mixed.  But I'm glad I bought it, I use it often.  I would rate it at a solid intermediate, perhaps int/adv, even given the fact that I wear weighted gloves throughout.  Its Amy typical original choreography with self defense elements and great music. The pace is completely unlike the other Amy DVDs that I own because its done at a fairly slow pace.  This works beautifully because you can concentrate on your form and body alignment and get some real power behind the kicks and punches.  I only do the cardio section as the other two didn't appeal as they just weren't my cup of tea. Its worth buying just for the cardio section.  There is one hiccup with the editing at one small point, easily fixed by the pause button to add the missed out portion in there yourself.  Her friend Toni offers some lower impact modifications.

4 of 5 Nice pace October 10, 2008
Reviewer: Sadie from CA
Rumble works for me on days when I want to be steady and focused on my punches and kicks. I do not own a heavy bag, but I use my weighted gloves for the heavy bag portion and I still get a good workout. This workout has four combinations, and I believe each has two parts,  but don't worry, they're easy to follow. At the end of a two-set combo, Amy brings them both together. So after combo 2, she has a 1&2 section, and after learning combos 3 and 4, she has a 3&4 section. She goes through each a few times so you really have time to learn in case it's hard for you to pick up. Do buy this dvd if you want to focus on form. Although it's at a steady pace, it's not for beginners who don't know their punches or kicks. Amy does not offer form pointers for the most part.  Don't buy it if you want something fast paced like her other cardio workouts.
