A new kickbox workout with 5 kickbox combos interspersed with 5 heart pumping 'surges'. The Surges are kickbox athletic style drill that give the workout even more of a challenge. A modifier will be provided for most of the higher impact moves and kickbox combos. The kickbox combos are filled with kicks and punches of varying tempos. Amy will cool you down properly before you refine your core. You will need a 6 to 8 pound medicine ball to properly train the muscles of the mid body resulting in a stronger and refined core. Finally, a stretch to restore your muscles for the next workout.

Amy Bento is the star of many high rated workout DVDs and is owner of nrgfitness.net. Her fitness career began in New Jersey at a small Bally's Gym where she evolved into an extremely multi-talented instructor and became well known as 'the instructor's instructor.' During the course of her career Amy has led many master classes, presented at fitness conventions, competed in fitness competitions and volunteered her expertise for charitable fitness events. I absolutely love this workout, the music is totally awesome!  Very challenging and fun routinues to learn!  The time just flys by.......

This is a great workout; it is tough but not impossible, fun and the music is great. It features some moves I had not seen before in other workouts. The choreography is fairly complicated, but somehow I do not have a hard time following the workout.
Kickbox Surge & core training is defenitely a favourite of mine.

This is now my favorite kickboxing DVD. It is reasonably easy to follow but is a real sweatfest. I have a hard time getting my heart rate up with alot of cardio workouts but this one did the trick ! The music is great too. There are 5 sections each followed by a "surge" a higher intensity set of moves. One or two of these surges were not quite as high intensity as the others or even the regular kickboxing sections but still this is a great workout.
The premixes are also great for when   you are running short on time.
The core section is also very challenging and fun. Amy has some moves on this I have never seen before. Very effective.
