First of all, I love Amy. She's usually my go to for fun and intense workouts, but these first offerings of hers aren't good.  First, way too much wooing and hollering.  Second, this could have been better, but  too much resting and stretching.  My heart rate barely climbed on any of the drills.  I also thought that some of the drills could have been changed up to make it more fun.  I also would have liked it if she told you what weight work she was going to d before starting. I added on another short workout to feel like I worked out.  Thank goodness, she improved after this first series.  I didn't pay much for this, so I'll keep it and do it occasionally.

One of my favs of Amy love the use of the step . I love going from card to weights and abs love the intensity. Time just flies by. Some great traditional strength moves.
