The entire video is long (75 min) & I only planned on doing the 1st couple of sections but ended up doing the entire video w/o realizing it! This Lastics is segmented into different body sections (unlike the other video) therefore would be easy to pop it in for a quick specific body stretch. I am flexible, but not nearly as flexible as the girls in the video - however I was able to do most of the moves w/some modifications (I can't do full splits & can't get my ankle behind my ear...yet). After this workout I felt so relaxed & stretched & now the next morning my upper arms & back are actually a bit sore (not as bad as DOMS). Donna gives great instruction and even shows you what NOT to do, which is very helpful. She also has one of the girls doing modifications and verbally points them out. Being my 1st time doing it, I did have to look up a lot to follow along, but that will change as I do this video more often.
