The instructional section is good and the beginner’s workout is good. I did like the beginner’s workout, a steady pace and felt effective. But the intermediate workout is not really more advanced KB moves. She just adds some cardio moves not using the KB. KB workouts have a built-in cardio effect, so this was not really necessary. I would not recommend this DVD.
