This is an excellent workout using resistance bands/tubes.  You can make it easier or harder depending on the strength of the resistance tubes and the workout is very effective.  Paul is a great trainer and very pleasant.

4 of 5 Finally! A Paul Katami workout I enjoy & will keep February 2, 2015

I have tried one or two of his other workouts and found that were simply more advanced than I want to do. Since this workout is more intermediate I decided to try it. There are some things I really enjoyed about this workout:

1. I didn't have to modify on my own much because of the modifiers.

2. The workout is moderately paced and I had the time to shift the band and/or ring into new positions and be ready when they were.

3. He seems to use just enough reps. There are enough to fatigue my muscles, but not so many that it seems endless.

4. There are a lot of combination moves, upper and lower body at the time, in this workout. If you don't like them, don't try this workout!

There aren't a lot of DVD's out there that are devoted to using the band, this is one of them.  There is a modifier showing you alternate exercises.  

Paul's cueing, personality and even diction are very good.  I thought the use of the foot band was very good -- never thought of using that in addition to the resistance band.

I think this DVD is especially good for use in a hotel since you only need to bring the bands with you.

In all, I'm very happy that I got it.  You will be too
