Tracey is great and I LOVE her Booty Barre workouts - all four of them that she has put out to date.  I was so excited for this workout, basically the second workout is all barre style.  

Pros include that the first workout includes a lot of balance work, and I liked the HIIT structure.  

However, I didn't think it was as good as her Booty Barre workouts, also, there is no warm up or cool down/stretch in either workout.  I love Tracey but I wouldn't say it is one of her best.

This DVD comprises two twenty minute workouts that target the glutes, mainly.  Mainly, because I feel my abs, my thighs, my arms, my back...  
The first workout is more cardiovascular and reminds me of Tracey's earlier release, Get Your Body Back. The second one is purely sculpting, but I feel my heartrate up there too, even if there are no short bursts of cardio in it.  I really feel my glutes during the second workout.
The DVD has no warm-up and there are a couple exercises where the rep count feels uneven. For that reason I give it four stars.
I'd say it's a solid intermediate workout.

I am a fan of Tracey, especially her more athletic workouts.  She's creative and designs workouts that are effective. I had good DOMS in my lower body following the Bootylicious workout. The format is similar to Absolution, that is, cardio-tone in the first workout and deep sculpting with the second.  I do recommend going lower in weights the first time to get the form down.  She always includes some good balance challenges, and this is no different.
