Love this HIIT! August 26, 2016

I look forward to these 30 minute workouts. I have tried all of Disk 1. My favorites are the Upper Body and Total Body HIITs. The Tabata drills are only 20 seconds, but they are totally doable for me, a solid intermediate.  You can use heavier weights (i.e.,10 lbs or more) for a more advanced session.  Chris gives good instruction and provides modifications.  I work up a good sweat and feel so energized after completing.  Love it!

I've done two of the workouts on the first disk--Lower and Upper Body HIIT--and enjoyed them. I like the way she organized the exercises, specifically, doing the ones on the mat together and those standing together. Saves you from getting up and down a lot (something Cathe tends to do).  The exercises are tough but not overly complex, and she offers modifications. Chris is a great instructor, encouraging and provided great form pointers. I am looking forward to trying the other two HIIT workout , in addition to exploring the other disk.

This is very challenging but she gives great modifications to keep it lower impact. There's a lot of variety in the set so you could use it as a full program comparing to Beachbody sets in my opinion. Chris cues very well and is a top notch instructor. The only complaint I have is that the sets could begin to feel repetitious, even though there are interesting moves in each set.

This is at the top of my massive dvd collection. I love the tabata and yoga in this one. I love that you can use this in variety of ways...shorter workouts or combine to make it longer. Chris has a lot of experience and you can tell with the quality of the program and her ability to lead you to your best. I cannot day how much I love this one worth every dollar.

Tough, Short & Sweet July 3, 2014

I love these HIIT workouts with Chris Freytag.  Each one is done tabata-style and moves quickly so you don't really have time to get bored.  There is a large variety of moves many of which are high impact.  But Chris is good about showing a lower impact version.  

Chris always does a good five minute warm up but the cool downs are very short.  I do  have to spend a few extra minutes cooling down.  I especially like that these are 30 minutes long.  These are my go to workouts if I am short on time.  

I can't really comment on the bonus DVD.  I've only done the yoga once and have never done the Belly or Booty Blast workouts.  

Chris is very encouraging.  She is able to both push you to work harder but also tells you to make sure you are working within your level of fitness.  Overall this is a great set of workouts.
