Workouts One and Two are geared toward muscle endurance, body contouring, and overall health and fitness. Kelly takes you through her unique gym-style supersets of upper and lower body exercises for quicker results.

“Your Best Body” is designed to use heavier weights with Kelly for strength training or with lighter weights, at your own pace, for more of a cardio-sculpting workout. Either way…the results you seek are within your reach!

30 Minutes to Fitness “YBB” makes great use of every minute, including your rests. The two main workouts utilize core moves in place of rests to keep your heart rate up between sets and to create a trimmer, stronger midsection.

If you are more of a cardio fan, Kelly has designed premix workouts just for you. Simply choose a “cardio rest” premix and have fun while you sculpt lean muscle mass and burn maximum calories.

“Your Best Body” also includes yoga. No matter which workout you choose, finish it off with Kelly’s 10 minute Yoga Flow segment to stretch out, de-stress and re-energize!

Make this workout what you want it to be May 13, 2015

For me, this DVD has been a sneaky hit.  When listing my absoute favorite workouts that I love, it probably wouldn't occur to me to include this DVD because I just don't FEEL that much love for it.  But, at the same time, you couldn't pry it out of my hands, if you tried.  That's because it's such a versatile DVD that gives so many options.  And, the workouts themselves are pleasant and effective; I enjoy them while I'm doing them.  In the end, it really is a favorite.  This DVD offers two main 30-minute workouts and a bunch of premixes, many of which I use regularly.  Some of her other 30-Minute to Fitness DVDs have premixes that I don't really use because they give options that don't conform to my workout preferences, but these are right up my alley. In the end, I really value this DVD and the options it gives.  It would be a great "desert island" workout because it gives so many options.

Straight forward and really worth the money July 17, 2014

I love that this has a lot of variety to it that even has yoga stretch part. Going from upper to lower to abs is a real solid form focused workout. I really love all the excursuses in this one. You have to get this one it you don't have it yet.

We all have our favorite KCM dvds.  This one is at the top of my list.  It is so well put-together and offers everything you need for cardio and strength. Like her other programs, she gives you the pre-mixes which makes YBB a fantastic value.  If you're a latecomer to the KCM bandwagon, this dvd should be on your shelf. Although she does offer a modifier, I would recommend that beginners get Start Here before using YBB.

Great Total Body Workout July 2, 2014

I love the concept of 30 minute workouts and once again Kelly offers great short workouts with Your Best Body. There are a lot of good premixes on this DVD and love that each workout segment rotates between exercising the upper body, lower body, and abs. Somehow I don't get bored doing this workout, and when I am done, I know I have worked my entire body really well, even my abs! Doing this DVD at least twice a week really tightens everything up for swimsuit season.
