30-Minutes to Fitness “Total Body Kickbox”

Two different kickboxing workouts:

Workout One is traditional kickboxing in an easy to follow format. This energetic cardio workout burns maximum calories, leaning out your upper body and trimming your lower body without excessive stress on your joints.

Workout Two utilizes light dumbbells in a slower, more controlled format. This cardio sculpting kickbox workout will get you on your way to a fit and trim physique in only 30 minutes. Due to the use of light dumbbells, your shoulders, arms, and waistline will transform as you burn calories and have fun.

*Premixes will include interval workouts.

Easy to follow but intense February 27, 2015

I'm not really a cardio gal, so I like my kickboxing simple. This workout fills the bill - I just did workout #1 and I had fun and am drenched in sweat now! The moves are simple enough that you can really give them some force and pump up the intensity that way.

I love it for one premix January 23, 2015

From the time I heard about this DVD coming out, I was committed to getting it for the one premix I assumed she would have - the one that alternates the cardio segments with the strength segments. For some reason, I love using light weights with kickboxing. Don't know why, I just do.

When I got the DVD, I did what I always do with KCM DVDs. I tried Workout #1 (and liked it) and then did Workout #2 (and liked it) and then went exploring the premixes. I found and did the premix that alternates the cardio and strength and was hooked - that's all I've done from this DVD ever since.

I think both workouts are fun and move well. But, I just LOVE the premix.

Great easy to follow Kickboxing workout July 8, 2014

This is one of my favourite Kickboxing workouts easy to follow and easy to focus on form. I love that you can make it all low impact quite easily. Kelly is a great motivator. The music is ok but otherwise this is a great dvd. Love that you use weights for one of the Kickboxing routine you really shred your arms with that.
