Best heavy lifting video I have March 1, 2016

This is my favorite heavy lifting video. Kelly thoroughly works all the muscles with shorter sets so you can lift heavy. I have seen results using this in both strength and muscle mass. I love the premixed too. You can do anywhere from 30-70 minutes of total body strength. Awesome!

This is a great weight workout January 6, 2015

I have done this dvd 3x.  I love putting both workouts together, as I usually don't divide up my upper body on different days. I like that Kelly is creative in this and doesn't rep you to death.  Definitely a no boredom workout. Kelly has a great demeanor and always shows a little humor in her dvds.  I almost passed on this one, but glad I didn't.  She is becoming a favorite of mine for weight work.

Very Doable Heavy Weight Workout July 12, 2014

This workout is excellent when you want a safe and straightforward heavy weight workout that doesn't have any awkward moves. At times I like do the total body premix, but more often I do the 30 minute workouts on different days. As always, Kelly provides multiple premixes. Heavy weight workouts are generally not the first ones I reach for, but I know I need to do them. Somehow I'm less intimidated by this one.

30 Minutes To Fitness Muscle UP Lift 2B Fit is a sculpting workout designed to build or increase muscle strength by lifting heavy weights.

The DVD contains two- 30 minute workouts. The first workout focuses on Chest,  Back and Shoulders. The second workout is all about the legs and the arms.
I did the Full Body Workout which contains the abs segment. The abs segment is a tabata abs where you are doing each exercise for 30 seconds with a 10 second rest.  You repeat the exercise four times before moving on to the next.

During the two main workouts you will do two exercises back to back for either three or two sets before moving on to the next grouping of exercises.  So as an example, in Workout 2, you will do Sumo squats and bridges for two sets before moving on to do Alternating lunges and Dead lifts.

This is a no-nonsense heavy weight workout.

I love working out with Kelly. Her sense of humor cracks me up.
I really like Muscle Up as well.

I am really enjoying this one. No complex combinations, just straight lifting. The total body premix clocks in at 67 minutes, and the time flies. You hit all body parts in 2-3 sets of 8 reps; so it's easy to pyramid your weights, if you wish. I like Kelly's laid back style, just enough encouragement, not over the top.
