I had to rewrite a review on this one. I did this one the other day for the 4th time and it's growing on me.  I don't own a 20 lb weight, but I used my 12's and went at a faster pace and that helped. I like that she doesn't repeat segments, but I don't think this workout is very fun to do. The cardio gets a little boring and the weight segments are just ok. I like doing this without the boxing, as i don't care for her boxing drills at all. I prefer KCM for weghts, but her circuit dvds are just ok.

Kelly had done weights and boxing many times yet she still manages to create workouts that feel fresh and inspired......the segments flow and the choreography rocks......I loved this DVD so much it inspired me to get her Cardio Pump offering too.

I don't own a lot of KCM so I can't compare it to something else such as her original circuit burn.  I do enjoy a challenging circuit workout and this fits the bill.  Her cardio was decent and kept my HR up nicely.  The boxing segments weren't too repetitive or boring.  I love kickboxing so I get picky but her boxing was great.  I suggest going as heavy as you can for the compound weights. I think Kelly was using 20 lbs.  this was challenging w/o killing you!  Athletic familiar moves so you won't get lost.   Zipped right along too.  Loved it!!  No buyers regret!  Highly recommend this.

Another good and fun circuit workout by KCM June 11, 2015

I've seen multiple people ask for a Circuit Burn 2.  This DVD has similar workouts to Circuit Burn, but it is also different. I like them both.

Just like all of the other 30 MTF DVDs, Lean Body Circuits contains two 30-minute workouts that combine cardio and strength and a bunch of premixes.  Each workout is comprised of 4 circuits and each circuit has 4 components: hi-lo, boxing, lower body strength and upper body strength – in that order. Each component lasts for a minute. She urges you to use heavy weights on the strength work.  I started out with 5 pounds and then I went to 8 and now I'm thinking about using 10 the next time I do one of these workouts.  The crew each has one set of dumbbells ranging from 15-25 pounds. As usual, there is a modifier and she does a good job of giving lower intensity/impact options without looking like she's dialing it in.  

One of my favorite parts of this DVD series are the premixes.  I think I'll use the ones on this DVD a lot.
