Very compact workouts that get the job done in 20 minutes, each with the same warmup ....I LOVE the Cardio-Capoeira bonus, which oddly enough is the first segment shown on the video clip. Brett's energy and enthusiasm are infectious and he often proudly refers to his Brazilian heritage. I am close to 60 and found all the segments doable although 30 HI/LO was certainly the most challenging. I would consider purchasing more Brett Hoebel offerings.
