Laura does some very interesting exercises with the band.  I really felt some of them and some of them I'd never done before, which is good.  I like that you can play all th segments for an hour's workout or just one at a time, depending on the time you have and your motivation for that day.

This is one of the better resistance band Pilates DVDs. Trainer Lara Hudson has done an excellent job of incorporating the band into the Pilates exercises to increase the challenge.

This is a nicely-paced DVD and Lara, as always, provides meticulous cueing. The stretch segment is good too.

I like all of Lara Hudson's 10 Minute Solutions Pilates workouts.  These really work the core and legs... She has a pleasant attitude and teaching style... This workout meets my expectations for a thorough workout...

This was more challenging than I anticipated with a lot of interesting twists using the band. It feels like more of a fusion workout than traditional mat pilates. Lara Hudson was very polished - I like her as an instructor because she gives excellent form points. She packs a lot of moves into each section without it feeling too rushed. There were a few moves that felt awkward because of the band but I think they will just take practice and familiarity.
