You won't find endless sun salutations here. Each 10 min section has a variety of poses and she gets you into them with plenty of form tips. Nothing too advanced here but I agree with the other reviewer that this is great for more advanced practitioners needing a lighter day.

This one has slower, basic moves... Sometimes when you are not a beginner you still need an active, rest day; this one is good for that...
