I have both DVDs that feature Michelle Olson, and I really like her.  The workouts she designs are very effective and nicely sequenced.  My only complaint is that she should have had a partner on this workout to show kettlebell usage.  I like to see how to use a dumbbell with more traditional kettlebell moves, but it would be good to see the kettlebell, too.  I don't always love the 10MS format, but this program works well here.

I like that she's tried to make kettlebell moves accessible to people that don't have a kettlebell. She seems efficient and friendly and has good form. Every time I did this workout I was really sore in the glutes and hamstrings. There are a lot of squats in this one.

I love this this 10 Minute Solution workout! What drew me to this kettlebell style workout was the fact that no kettlebell was required. I don't want to go buy new equipment and to get the style of moves using my good old dumbbells is great. Kettlebell purists may not like it but my body and wallet couldn't be more pleased.  The only reason that I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because the cuing and timing is a little bit off in sections. The instructor is pleasant too.

This DVD does an outstanding job in introducing kettlebell exercise without having to purchase a kettlebell. The moves are kettlebell moves so a regular kettlebell-user can do the workout, too and SWEAT!

This DVD is clearly trying to latch onto the kettlebell popularity to sell discs.  This workout is not for an experienced kettlebeller nor is it for one new to kettlebelling.  No explanation is given for proper kettlebell form and the instructor doesn't even use a kettlebell!  But, with that said, this is a good workout for someone who can only afford one dumb bell.
