AB ASSAULT: You are going to belly fat basic training! This abs workout utilizes combat maneuver styles exercises to wage an all-out assault on your midsection. You'll get that hot body 6-pack plus a strong and sexy lower back.

ROCK BOTTOM SCULPT: Take aim at those buns and thighs with a mission to tone, tighten and firm! Rock Bottom sculpt will put your bottom in the jiggle-free zone.

CALORIE BLASTING DRILLS: Four different boot camp drills will sculpt your body from head to toe while still giving you the calorie-blasting benefits of cardio training. Get ready for a whole new body.

BETTER BODY STRETCH: Lengthen your muscles in this athletic, active, flowing stretch using the help of a towel. Improve your overall flexibility and give a much needed release to all those muscles you worked out in the other hot body segments. A set of handweights and a towel are recommended for this workout.

Add some variety to your routine July 31, 2014

Amy Bento is one of my favourite instructors. She always brings lots of enthusiasm to her workouts, and "10 Minute Solution: Hot Body Boot Camp" is no exception.

I particularly enjoy the compound weight moves with a balance element, as well as "going under the wire".

Use these 10-minute segments to bring some variety to your routine — or do them in one session just for fun!

Not a bad workout July 11, 2014

I thought the two cardio segments were pretty challenging and i am at a solid intermediate level.  I thought there were some great moves that I had never seen before in other dvds.  Once section had you moving a weight so quickly that I just couldn't keep up. I was afraid I was going to hurt myself so I just went at my own pace.  Overall I think it's a good workout and will definitely keep doing it. Amy Bento is great!!

Nothing to different here its a good starter workout for sure. I did not like the short ten minute segments drove me crazy. Amy was positive and a great leader again but this was flat for me. Not for the advanced fitness enthusiast at all. Her work she did under her own label way better.

Amy's workouts are generally too hard for me but not this one... This one has a slower pace and is doable... I like having the shorter segments so I can pause and get a drink of water if I need to...
