This one just did not flow for me... the moves were not smooth at all (almost to the point that they felt jerky)... I do still have this and use it occasionally...

Fun way to shed calories! April 6, 2009

The different dance segments were a lot of fun. The instructor is upbeat and friendly. I loved how learning the dances, you feel like you are not working out.I definitely broke a sweat, but definitely the more style and movement you put into the steps, the more you burn calories like Sarago instructs in the DVD.  My favorite segment was the dance sculpt segment- my thighs were burning. This dance workout is definitely easy to follow if you are not a dancer, and definitely enjoyable if you love to dance!

Dance Sculpt excellent.  Other parts okay -- sometimes spends too long on simple moves (walk up and down) and almost no time on turns with arm or other body movements).  Most sections much too repetitive.
