And this is one or my favorites in the 10 Minute Solution series.  Too much warm up and cool down.  That is because this DVD is broken up into 5 10 minute workouts.  The first four are all cardio and gets progressively challenging.  Basic aerobics, kickboxing, plyometrics/high intensity interval training & boot camp.  The last segment involves strength training using compound movements.  All 5 workouts are doable and fits into the busiest of schedules, which is what I love about the 10 Minute Solution series!

I was hoping I could make this more advanced, but not really designed to be. I don't like that the segments are so short. If you put all the segments together, there is too much warm up/cool down to get an effective workout.  I had to add another workout to this. Love her Peak 10 and Body Fit dvds, but this is just a downer and no audible music.

Good concept - poor execution July 13, 2014

This is a great concept for a workout DVD — short add-on segments so you can do 10, 20, 30 or more minutes of cardio. However, the DVD suffers from the same problem as many of the other titles in the “10 Minute Solution” series: each 10-minute segment includes its own warm-up, so you are continually letting your heart-rate drop. It would have been a great DVD if the warm-up and cool-down were in separate chapters.
