For those that don't normally care for city runs because of the urban landscape, you might want to consider Sydney.  It has a nice blend of green and water spaces, with beaches, botanical gardens, and landmarks that make this one great!  Although it begins with some industrial sounding music, the sound mellows out by the time you get to the gardens.  I appreciated Johnny's comments about running on beach terrain (since I just moved to the Ocean state) and have always wanted to be one of those people that run along the beach. Loved the sprint challenges in this one, and the fairly intense pace throughout with the guided selection. Very challenging with gorgeous scenery!  One of my new favorites, and running along the water is just awesome!
