I would rate "Core Blast" as suitable for beginners or low-intermediates at best. All the workouts on the DVD were way too easy.

Throughout the DVD, there is a lot of giggling and banter between Tracey and her background exercisers. This is cute at first but gets very irritating on repeated viewings.

In short, after doing "Core Blast" several times, I really felt I was wasting my workout time. As well, it’s a bother to lug out all that equipment then only use it for five minutes.

5 of 5 Traditional ab exercises with a twist July 12, 2014

First of all, abs are NOT my favorite thing to exercise. Tracey keeps it light and funny while she pushes everyone to go and keep working the abs HARD. The great thing is that the workouts are short and can be strung together or mixed and matched and she uses lots of different ways to work the abdominal muscles.
