Tonique Sculpt Dynamics is a nonstop mix of dance & sculpt and is your tool to get sweaty and build an amazing butt and legs. Its focus is on sculpting and cardiovascular endurance, not on choreographed steps.

Tonique Sculpt Dynamics maximizes the results from your workout, increasing your fitness level as you teach yourself to control each move, and to be in tune with your body.

Tonique Sculpt Dynamics provides "Me Time" to relax your mind and allow your body to move without constraints, but with total control and sexuality. I want you to focus on yourself and how your body feels during the moves. You must engage your entire body - your core, arms, legs - as well as your mind.

Tonique Arm Dynamics is on a separate disc, but is a continuation of Tonique Sculpt Dynamics. In this part of the workout, I still want you to move nonstop, staying in place but engaging and moving your legs and your core; keep your stomach in and focus on rotations. Again, it is very important to control each move, be fast but maintain your form. Don't throw your arms around; instead control each move.

I only did the arm segment and as the previous reviewer stated I will edit my review as I do more of this workout. The arm workout is very fun and Dancey. You use light weights ( 2-3 lbs.)to tone the arms and not add bulk. There is a lot of fast rhythmic movements to a jazzy beat which I loved. I find these movements are good for endurance as well. Sylwia is whimsical and playful. The last ten minutes or so is cardio. Various jumps with or without weights, your choice. All in all I think this is a cardio/toning workout.

So far I have only done the arm segment - I will update as I do more.

ARM SEGMENT:  I found this section very fun with good music/beat and a nice backdrop.  I used two 3-lb weights but wished I had lighter ones at some points.  The moves were mainly for the hip and hip flexors and when you use your arms, it gets your abs involved.  More "dancy" than "workout-y".  This will be good for endurance.  Easy to modify (lighter weights, bend arms at elbows rather than fully extended).  There was cardio at the end of this section (jumps).

I didn't think I had weak knees until I did this one. It has a nice set and Sylwia is very encouraging, but it seems like a crazy mish-mash of whatever she was feeling at the moment. I have not had another dvd of hers beat on my knees before, but this was a one and done for me. I traded it back to Amazon for pennies. It would probably be better suited to someone with a background in dance or gymnastics.

Yowza! This woman will work you! She will change your body. But know that she is so freaking advanced. If you are not advanced, please start elsewhere (maybe her Cardio Mat, if you don't mind a lack of music). Sylwia is a machine!

This was way too crazy fast passed no instruction. Hectic and hard on the joints with all the jumping. There is no way you could be any good form focused.  This was a poor routine with no instruction or real flow. I could not get over her outfit either. Her earlier dvds are better.
