This 53 minute classical Reformer class comprises an almost complete repertoire of exercises on this piece of equipment at the most intermediate / advanced level. It is challenging and fast paced, requiring solid knowledge of the material, and a high fitness level and endurance capability. The repertoire included here fulfills the requirements for the final performance exams for the Pilates Center Intermediate and Intermediate Plus Teacher Training Programs, as well as the entrance exam into the Bridge Other Teacher Training Program and the Performance Evaluation for the Advanced Teacher Training Program.
