I've tried all of Alison's Pink Firm workouts, and this is one of the one's I've kept. I actually have it on the 4-workout DVD called "Ultimate Fat Burning Collection", which I have kept mainly because this workout is on it!
The workout follows the usual Firm pattern  with blocks of four-limb-strength moves alternating with cardio segments which seems to make the workout go by quickly. I count it more as cardio workout than a strength one because you can't really go heavy on the weights.  The reps are done at too fast a rate to use anything above 5lbs.

There's no dedicated ab work in this workout.

This is a fun workout that will leave your legs and buns sore the next day. The exercises will leave you with long lean muscles and no bulk.  There is also a 30 minute short workout included, that is great if you don't have a lot of time.  The workout flies by and isn't boring.

Great for rotation and the music at  the highest intensity segment makes you want more. 45 minutes fly by. The express segment is a little of a let down. But maybe its because I'm stronger.
