This is a two-hour compilation video, featuring the best — or the worst, depending on how you look at it — of the first seven Spinervals videos. While the clips were filmed back before Coach Troy developed good camera presence, I find him strangely motivating in this DVD. Perhaps the constant switching through different videos keeps me on point, or perhaps I get so tired I have an out-of-body experience, but either way Coach Troy keeps me working hard.

This is a good DVD if want to challenge yourself.
