3 of 5 Quite a good workout with some negatives November 14, 2009

This workout is quite good. It combines total body weight training with cardio in a short amount of time, while offering quite some variety.
However, there are some negatives: Dominique says "That's it" over and over again, which gets very annoying. Also, the camera seems to focus on the modifier a bit too much. As a result, you do not know what Dominique is doing most of the time.

Wow! I really felt the effects of this workout. It was surprisingly more challenging than I expected it to be. Granted Dominique was rather slow in some parts and said one phrase over and over in encouragment, but the cardio and toning sections were really challenging and fun and worth the minor flaws
