This has got to be one of the worst videos I've ever bought.  It says it's supposed to be   30 minutes, but they include the long ad with Sandy doing stunts in that time.  She has a long and ineffective warm-up on the floor and when she starts the aerobics, the backup students are all out of step.  She only does about 7 minutes of aerobics and then gets back down on the floor for a cool down. On top of that she looks out of shape.  Don't waste your money on this one.
