I enjoy this workout for cardio on days when I am looking for something a little lighter. It's not extremely difficult but keeps your heart rate up. The choreography is fun, easy to learn if you are not a novice to dance workouts. In fact, I wish there weren't as many of the slower-paced segments she returns to for review, but this may be needed for a less experienced exerciser.    My favorite out of the two dance workouts is the hip-hop segment.  My only issue with this workout video is that the music doesn't match the moves. Being able to dance to a driving beat would double the fun so one could get lost in it, dancing with exuberance and building endurance at the same time. I've had this workout for a few years and still enjoy it in my rotation when seeking a dance video which is significant considering I  have over 100  of them.

I was expecting something different from this DVD as I bought Christine's barre workout and it is really good.  Christine is an enthusiastic instructor but this workout requires a better breakdown of he steps.  If you are not naturally a quick learner of new steps, this video is not for you.  It's a good video, but not a great video.
