3 of 5 Good for beginners, but a little slow for others July 3, 2014
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Sterling, VA United States
I initially purchased this workout in my ongoing quest for dance workouts. It is a true beginner workout...the combos are very easy to follow, the intensity is very low, and the pace is slow.  There was a lot of TIFTT (take it from the top) that made the workout drag for me, but if you are looking for an easy beginner dance workout, you might find this enjoyable

3 of 5 bit too fast, probably ok for the young, December 8, 2008
Reviewer: Princess Saaliha from Australia
I find this DVD would have been really good if the instructor were just a bit slower. Hip hop (for me anyway) is complex. I thought this would be suitable for a beginner and 40 something like me who had always danced. I think the instructor/producer might have had the young experienced hip hoppers in mind when they produced this. Anyway, I guess hip hop really is for the 15-30s. I think I'll stick to Rumba and belly dance.
