I've done most of the segments on this dvd.
Has a help function that explains what each segment offers and as you add a segment there is a clock that totals the time of your workout(s).Also,this dvd works great if you choose to use any of the segments as an add-on.I tend to use the flexibility and cool-down (stretch) as add-ons regularly.
