Reviewer: Someone from Somewhere in the Nord!  
When they said: "the perfect place to start if you're new to Pilates" they were right!  The setting is beautiful, and Kristin is a great instructor, she gives great cues and is very encouraging.  The workout moves slowly and that's why I love it, although I'm not new to Pilates, it is great to have a workout when you can just concentrate on the movement and feel great, stretched and relaxed when you're done, specially if having sore muscles from the workout of the day before!  Totally recomended!
