The Peak PilateSystem (PPS) series is a progressive, systematic, three part Instructor Certification program. The PPS program integrates exercises for the mat, cadillac, and reformer, from introductory through advanced levels.

The PPS-I DVD is a companion to the PPS-I course and manual, in which you learn the foundation of Pilates, beginning your journey to becoming a Pilates instructor. Starting with the introductory and beginner systems, you will learn and understand how to execute the exercises and teach the classical form of Pilates, in a clear and concise manner.
