As each strength training circuit ends, you move immediately into a cardio moves that will build up to an all out Peak intensity blast. I gave 2 stars as I did like most of the strength segments-however,I disliked how she moves so fast at times,while using weights-I had to look away and just do the moves at my own pace.I also just dislike her cardio moves-I just can’t connect withMichelle as a Trainer-she’s at times all over the place and her cardio seems so ridiculous at times.If I hadn’t gotten this on sale,I’d Probablly send back.I usually work out to Cathe or Barlates and they are so much better.Doubt if I’ll use this again anytime soon

This is an EXCELLENT WO & the time FLIES by with loads of variety.  I've seen a couple of reviewers that say the choreography is complex in Michelle's DVD's.  It is a bit tricky to begin with but, like any DVD, if you review before doing it and then do it a few times, most people will have it down in no time.  After doing Cathe & Jari DVD's for years, I have to say Michelle is now my new #1 favourite.  Her WO's are tough, but just so much fun!!  HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Kapow!! This workout is NO joke! Michelle is as energetic as ever in this DVD, which is sure to help you get in the best shape of your life. Metabolic workouts are a favorite of mine, and this one really fits the bill. You can continually increase your intensity and challenge yourself by increasing your weight loads. Definitely a DVD I'll reach for on a regular basis. Awesome workout! Thanks, Michelle!

I love doing the base camp to the climb...really great at making you work hard. She has the best background cast that helps to motivate you when it gets hard because you see them pushing. I love this dvd for the challenge of weights and cardio work. It leaves you breathless.

Michelle doesn't fool around in this workout. It only took one minute in the "warmup" to shoot my heart rate to 133 bpm. The workout consists of cardio & weight intervals. The weight intervals require a set of light & heavy weights. I used 5 lbs & 8 lbs (I'm kind of a wimp). She uses these weights both traditionally & as "kettlebells", which I really enjoyed as I like kettlebell training, but I'm more comfortable with dumbbells. In the cardio sessions, I loved the fact that she mixed in kickboxing moves along with traditional cardio moves. I would consider this more of a cardio workout than weight training as the weight training is pretty low rep. I think the weighted intervals are just there keep your heart rate up until the next cardio burst. I wasn't a big fan of Michelle until I came upon this series. I'm glad I took the chance to try her again as her workouts push you to your limit but in an fun, enjoyable way.
