This DVD consists of  three workouts.  I've been exercising for almost 30 years now and I have not had the courage to try level 3 yet.  If you do levels 1 and 2 without the cooldown in between, it is a 1-1/4 hr workout.

Each circuit is done twice, which works well since you only have two legs....lol     There are new moves (like a hamstring in a plank) but modifications are shown.  

There is also some yoga included (warrior 3, pigeon, etc)

I'd highly recommend this DVD.  I'm not a fan of JM.  My personal feeling is that I don't really respond well to someone yelling in my ear, but I can get past that.  There are some very good moves in this DVD

Lots of great of creative moves that will leave you burning in the butt. I really enjoyed this one Jillian did a great job making the workouts build on each other. I highly recommend this one.
