It easy to follow combinations and she helps you to be motivated to get the most of the workout. Love the punching and kicking bonus I can keep up better with Kelly than Amy Bento who often I am lost following her complicated combinations. You get a solid workout in this one. Anything by Kelly is amazing.

This is my first Kelly DVD and I'm very impressed; she has included some fresh moves you may not have seen elsewhere. I also like the way Kelly has set up this DVD; she takes you through the moves for each 30-minute workout in a separate tutorial, so you can practice at your own pace before doing the workout. Kelly does each combination once, then moves on to a new one, so there are no complex patterns to remember. This makes it perfect for the choreographically challenged. There is also a 14-minute ab workout that's challenging and different. With several premixes and options, this DVD is great value for money. Kelly has a great personality and is obviously having a blast.
