I got this when it first came out and recently rediscovered it. No nonsense ab/core training. It's effective and challenging. Kari is a great teacher.

This DVD is OK, but as its name implies, it basically consists of variations on crunches. Kari Anderson explains each exercise well, but has a rather dry demeanour, which grated on me over time.

There are far better and more varied options available for core training. As well, there is only one 20-minute workout on the DVD.
