I have bunch of stretch DVDs and this one is the best. Gentle,relaxing clear instruction, and someone who modifies. It's chaptered so if you are short on time, you can do the ten minute standing section only. Stands the test of time.

Be prepared for the old-fashioned outfits and hairdos. These things will not stop you from getting a good stretch all over.  Voight gives clear instructions in a calm, matter-of-way.

Karen carefully cues each stretch and offers different modifications for those that are less limber. Each body part is hit thoroughly. Karen's teaching method is low key, and I like that she doesn't include any unnecessary banter while one is trying to stretch. Each stretch is held about 20-30 seconds to increase flexibility.

Some of the stretches: runners lunges, hands up the back, sitting cross legged on the floor and stretching out to either leg, laying down on the back with leg in the air and pulling leg toward you with a strap, neck stretches, and various others. Some moves were quite unique, others more traditional.  All very relaxing.

This is the best, most used stretch video I own.  It is pretty focused on the lower body, but the stretches are held a good long time--long enough for the muscle to really open.  And at 30 minutes for the static stretching, it's reasonably short for such a good stretch.  An oldie but a very goodie.
