I liked that you can do one or both levels on this DVD.  If you opt to do both levels, the cooldown is omitted until the end.  Lots of DVD's I own if I want to do multiple levels, I usually have to skip the cooldown and go right to the next level.

Level one is probably about 30 minutes long and level two is probably about 45 minutes long.

There are a lot of different moves on this DVD.  Jillian incorporates moves from jiu jitsu, kung fu, etc. which helps to make this DVD interesting.  Modifications are shown (for beginners and for advanced).  

This DVD moves quickly.  My heartrate didn't get up very high, but I did work up a good sweat.  Jillian uses cardio and weights.

This is one of the better Jillian workouts.She is more calm and to the point of coaching and giving form tips. Not flirting with the cast. I also like that it is tough workout with creative moves adding kickboxing, yoga, compound weighted moves, body weight and Brazilian martial arts. It is really fun to do.
