Get RIPPED! & Jacked is part of the Isolation phase. This phase guarantees amazing strength gains. Get RIPPED! & Jacked works with eccentric and concentric principles to challenge and overload muscles by making your muscles work at different tempos. Muscles are worked to fatigue to accumulate lactic acid and produce increased strength gains. This workout isolates muscles with 2-3 exercises per muscle group and rest in between sets. Scientific testing has proven that the only way to maintain muscle while losing fat is to add resistance training.

Want a workout that is heavy weights (or light) and slow reps ? Look no further than Get Ripped & Jacked - this workout is total muscle fatigue, the till you shake feeling and when it’s over you’re genuinely floating .. I love the rep count idea, 8x2 times, followed by 6x2 times, then 4x4 times twice through, then we move to the next group of muscles, done in the famous Get Ripped Styles, meaning it’s broken up into tracks that are 2 minutes 45 seconds long, this workout is not led by Jari but a man named Robb, who I find rather charming, Jari leads the warm up and Jill leads the lunges and crunches section at the end .. I really love this workout, I feel and look pretty “jacked” up after I’ve done this, I’m 53 and get compliments from family & friends about my shoulders and arms - “how do you get those arms ?” They ask and I always tell them Jari is the best for weights and this Get Ripped & Jacked is the latest best !
