5 of 5 Uses Body Resistance for Results March 31, 2016

I have done this workout five times and find it soothing yet challenging at the same time. After its completion you do feel a sense of calm and relaxation but you work pretty hard to get there! This workout incorporates holistic principals and yoga so an open mind and a definite workout background is a plus. No equipment is needed since you use your own body resistance to sculpt and create muscle tone which is unique to your specific body type. I agree with the other reviewer that this may not be for an absolute beginner since it does not offer much explanation or modification. In spite of these issues I still find this to be a beautifully produced DVD and very effective total body workout. I would be interested in other workouts based on holistic principals from this instructor.

This is a beautifully produced DVD, shot outdoors in several locations (I think in Lebanon).  Julie's voiceover is pleasant and the workout is a good total body workout.  However, there are no pointers for good form and therefore I don't think it is suitable for an absolute beginner.  It is chaptered according to body areas.  Music is soft and soothing.
