I love this workout but IMO this is an intermediate/advanced workout and not an intermediate one. I think the length and the format are both perfect. You go back and forth between high impact cardio moves with plyometrics and jumping jacks to low impact punching combos so as soon as I think I will collapse from jumping we get a break and punch. You also get a great core workout if you concentrate on keeping your core tight and do the punches correctly. The hooks and upper cuts in particular are great for abs. This workout also flows very well, the movements move along very nicely and it all feels very well thought out. Excellent workout!

I love this workout. For me this is advanced! Really made me sweat. I love the emphasis on using your arms. Never knew I could get such an aerobic workout with kickboxing! Another great one, Cathe!

This one is as good as KP&J and Hard Strikes. She alternates punching with jumping segments, so your upper and lower body get rest between bursts. The combos are fun and time flies. The core segment is also great, tough but doable, no weird moves.
