4 of 5 Great for a Short, Drill Based Workout July 4, 2014
Reviewer: Bubbles76
This workout is mostly punches and calisthenics (jumping jacks and jumping rope). Not a lot of kicking, so if you are looking for that this may not be the workout for you.

This is the breakdown: Gilad shows a drill sequence (lots of jabs, uppercuts, strikes, crosses, hooks, etc.), you do them for some minutes, do some jumping jacks, and then repeat on the other side.

Next, there's a short toning segment using light weights. They were your standard exercises (squats, lunges, bicep curls, etc.). Finally, it ends with a stretch that was way too short.

PROS: this is a great workout for a day that you don't feel like thinking too much. I also enjoyed the military atmosphere, which was hardcore without being condescending.

CONS: if you have weak knees, this may not be the workout for you. There are lots of jumping jacks and rope jumping, plus a few plyo squat moves. Could use a longer strength and stretch section.

4 of 5 Great cardio workout!! December 29, 2008
Reviewer: Deb the video excercise expert from Southington, CT
This is an excellent cardio workout!  It's a lot of fun to do, and the time flies by.  It also has a lot of toning with weights at the end of the cardio segment.  I've done this about 10 times now and it hasn't gotten any easier yet.  I feel that this video has helped me get over the plateau I had hit with my weight loss.
