5 of 5 Another Great Gilad workout October 4, 2008

I know I've been reviewing a lot of Gilad workouts, but I should add that I lost 50 pounds just using his workouts so I am very enthusiastic with his style. I used to work out with Gilad on Fit TV all the time but hated "marching in place" during the commercial breaks. This is a great alternative and I can work out during my own time. The clothing is a little dated, but to me that kind of is nostalgic. His moves are easy to follow - great for beginners - but you still get a really good workout. It would be nicer if he would work every body part with every episode, but since you aren't supposed to work your arms (for example) everyday anyway it works out well. You can add weights to the workout to make it a little more challenging (he just uses body weight and isometric moves to tone). The scenery is wonderful and his personality keeps you going too (I hate cheerleader type of instructors and he is not like that).
