2 of 5 Serious dread factor!!! February 25, 2022
Reviewer: Coleen from NJ
I wanted to like this but the trainer was sooo annoying that I wanted to throw my weights at the tv!I really don’t like repeating excercises and she has you repeating them 4 times for each grouping-that wouldn’t be awful if they were interesting new excercises, but they were all standards-bicep curls, shoulder press,squats-by set 3 I was so bored but figured since I already sludged through most of it,I may as well finish.I’m sure you would get results if you followed program perfectly but I think I’ll stick to workouts I enjoy-I usually do Cathe Friedrich workouts or Barlates and they are much better then this

4 of 5 Really GOOD. October 7, 2021
Reviewer: Melissa F from Red Bluff, CA United States
Based on the reviews, price, and hype, I had expected this program to be the best of the best. Yes, there are some GREAT workouts in here, but I hate to admit that I think there are better ones out there. Maybe it's just me, but the 4 sets of everything just hammered my joints (especially knees). Ingrid is super perky and I actually very much enjoyed her presence as an instructor. She is very encouraging and her accent is cute. Rep counts are sometimes inconsistent, so I just made sure to count my own reps. I did come to dread the repetition in the workouts... With all that said, I DEFINITELY got some leg and booty gains, and upper body too (which was honestly my favorite routine of the whole program because I ALWAYS felt that burn). Also, the meal plan includes a vegan option, which I appreciated. The recipes in this food guide were some of my favorites for any workout program diet. Simple, healthy and delicious!

3 of 5 Good set. September 11, 2015
Reviewer: Laura Adams from Tamworth, Staffordshire England
I like the exercises from the legs workouts. True the legs workout is probably one of the hardest workouts out there. I do Cathe and this leg workout does go to the next level. However, I don't think I would buy it again. The upper body weights is average and I can  only listen to Ingrids 'thats it' and 'momma' comments so much lol. The production is okay, but the bands aren't much use and I don't like the music. I will probably just use the leg workouts.

5 of 5 Great set! September 11, 2015
Reviewer: Kathy G from Egg Harbor Twp., NJ United States
I love the supersets in this program.  The Weighted Legs workout is one of the most intense lower body workout I've done recently (with the exception of Beach Body's Body Beast Build Legs).  I really like Ingrid's personality in these...she's very high energy without being annoying.

5 of 5 Excellent program September 10, 2015
Reviewer: Renee from US
I agree with other poster that after years of Cathe leg workouts these take it to the next level.  They are the real deal.   There is a home version and gym version.  The only difference is the use of a weight bench or like I used a step.  Then a cable machine is used in glut workout.   I did all gym routine except for the cable machine kicks  so I'm not reviewing the workout as a all floor routine.  I used a high step. I'm getting great results.   The only negative is the the program has no stretch or cooldown.  This is annoying but not a problem for someone that is at advance level of fitness.  I just do my own stretches.  I do agree with price is a bit high.   I purchased Cathe set for the same amount of money last year.  There was more bang for the money with all the premix.  But I like Ingrid's more modern approach the set is what you might see in a fitness magazine print workouts used at a gym
