I am not a Yoga person and have never done Yoga before Cathe's two Yoga DVDs.

I view this workout as more of a stretch workout (but again, I don't know Yoga, so have nothing to compare it to).  I use this on a rest day for relaxation.  Sometimes I feel it drags on, but that is more it not being my style.

I'm not a big yoga fan-it just doesn't click for me and the time drags.  However, I really like this DVD.  I agree with Nancy that it is more athletic stretching which I really need.  I do a lot of running, high impact cardio, weights, etc. and am reminded how tight my muscles can get when I do this DVD.  I always get a really nice stretch all over, especially in my shoulders, chest, and hip flexors.  Also love Cathe's pleasant demeanor (as always - no yoga chants or anything like that).  Like this one much better than her Yoga Max workout, which has too many downward dogs for my liking.  Overall excellent workout.

I really enjoy this yoga relaxation dvd from Cathe it is slow and purposeful in the poses. You feel really elongated from taking your time getting in the pose. I love this dvd because I feel really calm after. It is a must for anyone who wants a chilli yoga about calm energy not to hard.

Yoga Relax is a great workout and you will definitely feel relaxed afterwards.  It feels like a more athletic/stretching style of yoga which is just perfect.

The moves are done slowly and poses are held for awwhile but the workout doesn't feel like it is dragging at any point.  I'm still working on enjoying yoga and I find with most yoga workouts, I'm always watching the clock to see when it will end.  I found I wasn't doing that (ok maybe only twice) and the workout just flew by.  The best part was that at the end, I felt completely relaxed and didn't even realize how much tension I had been holding before the workout.   I will definitely be including this one on a regular basis to relax and de-stress.
